Job ID 7002: Entry Level Installer/Technical Support Specialist

 

Description: No experience is necessary. If you are a little tech savvy and like to work with people as well, we will provide all the training that you need. As a part of our Technical Support Team you will be able to assemble, program, set up, test, monitor and troubleshoot our medical alerts and health monitoring equipment. Once is requested you will perform the installation and test at the customer’s site. You will need to explain how it works and demonstrate all the features to the consumers while you visit them. Rest of the time you will provide technical support either over the phone or on-site if necessary. As you become an expert you will be given wider role in technical and customer support.

Responsibilities:

– Deliver orders in timely matter
– Install, test and troubleshoot safety and health monitoring equipment
– Provide technical and customer support over-the-phone or on-site
– Explain and demonstrate how the PERS works.
– Receive customer’s verification
– Report delivery and equipment status daily
– Use multiple technical systems

Qualifications:

– No prior experience is required. We will provide all the training necessary.
– Valid Driver License
– Computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus
– Must be able to navigate within multiple systems while speaking with customers
– Superior organizational skills, with a high degree of detail
– Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
– Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people at all levels
– Ability to follow the scheduled route
– Must be reliable
